And some more paintings

This is my brother's latest painting...just finished... Sunrise in Corfu

And here are a few of his older ones:

He is shortly going to start on a painting of the view from our house, which I am very much looking forward to.   Hope you are enjoying these works of art as much as I am.

    1. No he hasn't, but he hasn't yet been to Turkey. I should try to find a good photo of the castle for him to paint

  2. They are all lovely, Ayak. I particularly love the one with the people in it - it looks so much like places in Spain that I love. Excellent. I so look forward to his view from your house - how wonderful. Perhaps you could loan him out to all your blogging friends! Axxx

    1. You know Annie, I think he underestimates just how talented he is. This has been a hobby of his for so many years and I really believe he could have made a good living from it.

  3. I love the painting of the narrow boat on the canal, it's really beautiful. I would seriously consider buying that if it was in an exhibition. I really think your brother should consider exhibiting his work even if it was just at a local level.

    1. I totally agree tricia. I am very proud of my brother and his talent, which is why I'm delighted to share these paintings on my blog. I'll have to put a bit more pressure on him to exhibit I think x

    1. I'd certainly cover my wall with them Perpetua. I do in fact have a small one of his, of Maidenhead bridge, on my wall. It reminds of me home and I love it. I'm so looking forward to the one he has promised to paint for me.
